Inc. is simple and convenient.
Take your time browsing through
the site. After selecting your
product, click on "ADD TO CART"
to place the product in your
shopping cart. Repeat this step
for all the products you wish to
purchase, and when you are
finished, click on "SHOPPING
CART" on the right hand side of
the web page.
At this point, you will be able
to increase or decrease the
quantity of each item selected
or remove any unwanted items.
Once everything is correct, you
click on "RECALCULATE" and then
click on "CHECKOUT", where you
will enter your address and
credit card information.

Canada and Continental USA.
Orders shipping to Canada and
USA will be shipped by Federal
Express. Shipping charges are
based on weight of your order
with the following minimum
charges:
Minimum charge for
Canada Post Expedited Parcel
(Ground - tracked)
is $8.00.
Minimum charge for Canada
Post Xpresspost Parcel (tracked) is $15.00
Regular Shipping will be sent by
Canada Post Expedited Parcel
and will take approximately
7 - 10
business days to deliver to most
locations.
Express Shipping will be sent by
Canada Post Xpresspost Parcel
and will
take approximately 1 - 3 business days to deliver to most
locations.
Shipping rate quotes are
valid for Canada and continental
USA only.
Diva Girl Body Inc. regrets that
it can not deliver to P.O. boxes
as a signature is required for
delivery.

Backorders & Out of Stock
If you order a product that is
currently out of stock, you will
receive an e-mail to let you
know about it. We will advise
you of the possible in-stock
date and request a confirmation
for a backorder, exchange or
cancel instructions.
Return
Policy
Due to the
nature of our products, we
cannot accept returns (they are
unable to be re-sold once opened).
We offer a travel size for you
to purchase if you are
unfamiliar with products and/or
scents. If your package
arrives damaged or if you
receive an incorrect item you
must inform
customer
service
within 5 days from the date you
receive your order.
Gifts may be exchanged within 5
days of the day the package was
received (as long as the items
are unused). If you are
returning a package please use
an insured and pre-paid method
(we recommend UPS or FEDEX).
Include your receipt and your
reason for return.
Sorry, shipping and handling
fees are not refundable on
returns.
